Taylor Harvey-Ryan brings over a decade of experience in grant writing, program management, and technical assistance within the housing and homelessness sector. She is committed to ensuring homelessness is rare, brief, and nonrecurring, and has led system-level initiatives that bridge policy, funding, and frontline practice.

Taylor has developed and implemented statewide technical assistance grounded in nationally recognized best practices and performance-based outcomes. Her work has supported local providers in strengthening crisis response systems, braiding and maximizing funding streams, and authentically engaging individuals with lived expertise in project design and decision-making.
