She is committed to ensuring homelessness is rare, brief, and nonrecurring, and has led system-level initiatives that bridge policy, funding, and frontline practice.
Taylor has developed and implemented statewide technical assistance grounded in nationally recognized best practices and performance-based outcomes. Her work has supported local providers in strengthening crisis response systems, braiding and maximizing funding streams, and authentically engaging individuals with lived expertise in project design and decision-making.
